I’ve never tried anything hotter than a habanero fresh (tried some hotter dried peppers). So nervous about the pain I’m going to be in, but I’m so curious about the flavor. Wish me luck, all.

Having tasted the unbelievable complexity of fresh habenero compared to all of the stewed and dried habenero I’ve had, I really need to get my hands on some fresh ghost peppers and reapers, both of which I love the complexity of in their dried form.

I harvested and cut a sliver off one of mine to try, as soon as the good part of the sliver would touch anything in my mouth it would light up like crazy, bowl of ice cream saved the day lol. Terrified to try more than a tiny slice so far, smells neat tho
