    Recipe is for one portion

    1 packet of noodles

    For broth

    10/15 mussels, 2 cloves of garlic, white part of green onion, say sauce, mirin, sake (I used soju)

    Toppings

    Mussels, sesame oil and chopped green onions

    I hate once udon at a Korean restaurant and they were extremely simple but really delicious, they didn’t have anything on top aside from some chopped green onions. So I wanted to try to use mussels instead of the kelp, dried tuna and anchovies stock.
