Sappy post from a newbie. Basically for a decade I’ve had a kid (or two) in diapers that needs near constant supervision. I cook all the meals and that means they were cooked in the kitchen. And usually pretty fast. But now that they’re a bit older I can actually go outside for awhile and have reasonable expectation that everyone will still be alive when I return. I forgot how much fun it is to actually manage a grill and cook over fire on a regular basis. This is the best $50 I’ve ever spent. Drumsticks on for tonight with the vortex after I saw a method on this sub. Thanks everyone!
