We got some Omaha steaks as a gift. I appreciate the thought, but these are far worse quality and far more expensive than anything available from the grocery store. Rather than gift these things to someone, just put in a door dash order for something decent for the recipient.

My wife makes fun of me for the way I flip through meat to get the best one. I can’t imagine ordering meat online and just getting whatever they send me.
You can go to a butcher and get much better meat for less money.
The cooler they send the meat in is the best thing about Omaha Steaks.

Why are they so bad? where are they getting this canner quality meat from? you have to actively seek reject carcasses to get quality this poor every time

How is that place in business? I’m honestly asking because it has to be a shell. I’ve been i their stores and they are overpriced and most of the stuff is frozen it seems when I walk in their stores.
