    First rack- ready to eat Italian chicken sausage(ate amongst us Monday).

    Second rack- hot chicken wing, maple, and sweet Italian.

    Third rack- chicken bacon mozzarella and maple bacon cheddar.

    Fourth rack- bone in skin on chicken thighs with Pit Boss beef and brisket rub.

    Small square containers(breakfast) on the left are maple bacon cheddar with instant loaded baked potatoes made into cakes.

    Circle containers are more maple bacon cheddar and maple links that are also for breakfast but will be supplemented with skyr and fruit.

    Glass containers(lunch/dinner) are sweet Italian and a hot chicken wing with air fried broccoli and green beans.

    What didn’t make the smoker cause I forgot- turkey links that I did on the grill today to fill in any gaps in meals.
