Ingredients
3 tomatoes
12 oz Mozzarella cheese
Bunch of fresh basil
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil

Slice and salt tomatoes, slice cheese. Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with black pepper. Add basil. Drizzle the salad with olive oil.
