Traditional Japanese kaiseki meal. Absolutely phenomenal.

    1) “Dashi for the Five Senses”–fish broth with smoked bonito flakes and flavored salt

    2) Bite sized starters–seafood, cucumber with miso, mozuku

    3) Hokkaido hairy crab dumpling in dashi broth

    4) Tuna, Hamo, and Hata sashimi

    5) Tosa marinated tomato–with consomme jelly, caviar, okra, and dill crisp

    6) Fried tilefish with summer vegetables

    7) Chef’s amuse

    8) Ribeye duo–washugyu rib eye and wagyu ribeye with grilled vegetables

    9) Koshihikari rice with hokkaido hairy crab, miso broth, and Japanese pickles
