Probably the fastest Tagine you can make. This is a classic and an everyday meal for Moroccan families. Minced beef cooked in spices and herbs, topped with eggs and enjoyed with a side of Harissa and Moroccan Bread (Khobz) !!!

Ingredients:
Minced Beef (350g / 0.77 lbs)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Medium Onions
8 g of Parsley
8 g of Cilantro
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
Tomato Puree (250 g / 15oz Can)
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
3 Eggs

  1. If you are using the meat grinder anyway, you can start by grinding the onion, herbs, garlic and ginger. It works very well. Also, fry the tomato paste a little, it gives it a lot of depth.
