  1. I made these the other week and they tasted great. The problem I had though was the meat started falling of the skewers whilst on the barbecue. What am I doing wrong?

  2. I’ve been “secretly watching” (I didn’t have an account here before now 😅😅) you for years and I have to say, these videos are giving me ideas for what I’m gonna do once I start learning and picking up how to cook. You’re my inspiration, Henry. Keep it up 😁👍

  3. Henry, great video thank you. The lamb ball you made, would you say it's about 1/3 or1/2 cup of meat? Thank you

  4. Henry jaan, please, don't give them a choice, just stick to the "Original" koobeedeh'…

  5. My mince is marinating now and smells amazing. Should a winner dinner.

  6. Henry you are awesome, thank you so much for the great techniques and recipes! I've been binge watching your videos and am making these Kofta kebabs today.. Very excited to jump in and make more and more of these awesome recipes.. so happy I've found your page!

  7. We had some last night from the butchers. I've been inspired to try your recipe. Although I DETEST onions I will grate them instead. I'm in the UK but off to Corfu in August. Thank you for making these look so simple. We don't have a grill to hand would I be able to use a griddle pan on the stove? These look amazing. Thank you 😊
