My nest failed on me today. Had some wings on, came out and the egg was on the ground. Broke the fire box, ring, and left a crack in the egg. What do you think are the chances that BGE will replace the entire thing?

I have no experience with their CS, not sure how they operate, but…..
I say shoot for the moon, ask for the works, but die on the hill of a replacement lower half. Worst case, pre-mixed refractory cement is a product that exists. Caulk-gun sized tubes are under $5.
