Cauliflower: was $2.46 and I happened to get a HUGE one. Boil until tender, drain and season with butter, s/p, and Italian seasoning (I like Aldi’s Italian seasoning because it has sage in it which not all of them do).
Rice: brown rice, see pic for recipe. Prepare like normal rice and just add the spices to the water st the beginning while the pot heats. The Ajika Georgian seasoning is from Trader Joe’s (only boujee ingredient in here but well worth it) and is an AMAZING spice blend. Great on rice, pork, chicken, or veggies.
Chicken: 2.89/lb at Aldi. Season both sides generously with s/p, onion and garlic powder, Italian seasoning. Cook in a fry pan with a little olive oil (keep lid on to retain moisture). I melted a little parmesan cheese on top that I had in the fridge.
I make this meal a lot and it’s picky husband approved 😊 Also reheats well.
