  1. Anybody out there? I'm using a Webber Large Ketlle Grill for a spasstcock chicken. Do you adjust the air vents to the dome? What is recommended? Do you open and close them as you barbecue for 45 minutes? Seems like the chicken is VERY slowly cooking. No way is it ready even after an hour.

  2. Money saver, buy a dozen kitchen towels, price of paper towels is ridiculous, let alone the price of toilet paper to wipe your hind end
