Here is a very easy and delicious fasolakia recipe. This green beans recipe is made in a Greek style light tomato sauce with sweet potato, eggplant and zucchini. In this video I serve it on a bed of couscous and topped with crumbled feta cheese (omit the feta for the vegan version). This vegetarian green bean recipe is delicious, nutritious and simple to make. Whether you serve it as a vegan main or side to a meat or fish of choice, it will be a hit with everyone. Try it today, love it forever…

  1. O. M. G Ken! I AM IN LOVE!!
This recipe is A+++ and 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

PS: I love the campaign you're involved with! I'll be getting a few.

Our daughter and son-in-law were here over the weekend and I let them taste your EVOO. They LOVED it. I'll be ordering some for both my kids.
And last~Thank you so much for doing the campaign. Everything helps.
    Jenn 👋👋

  2. Oh Ken, this dish is sensational. Reminds me of a briam only better. I can't wait to make it. Also I am so curious..what delicacies are hidden in your cake stand near the oven, you are teasing us 😜

  3. Always look forward to your recipes Ken, you're a legend. Definitely one to make, and I love green beans. I do hope you're well!

  4. We used to eat this as a main dish for lunch or dinner growing up. Love fasolakia!

  5. Ken, you continuously inspire me to just wing it in the kitchen—Greek style!
These green beans look delicious and it really does come off like a stew. Just the other night, though I wasn't planning on anything in particular for dinner, I went into the kitchen and got out a few ingredients for a small pot of Gigandes (I do them on the stovetop to be quicker with the cook time). The thought and craving just came to me and it wasn't going to be much of a bother to pull it all together, because you make it look so easy to make tasty fine Greek dishes. You were in the kitchen with me in spirit and when the onions hit the olive oil in the hot pan, I could hear you say "I love that sound of the sizzle!" Health to your hands! Yia sta heria sou!

  6. Yeah 👏👏👏👏 love this so much ! Never thought about putting zucchini and eggplant in it 😆 I just put beans and potatoes 😆 will try it your way next time ! Thanks 😊

  7. This was absolutely delicious, I had to share your video with my friends! Thank you! 👩‍🍳

  8. Looks delicious. I love that this recipe has lots of veggies. What spices are in the flavor bomb? Efxaristo. Thanks. Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

  9. Great.
But I think what you made is called "Toulou-Tourlou". You added Green Beans -Fasolakia – to it.
    PS: I do the same.
