Did my first 9lb pork butt on the Traeger. Seasoned with Holy gospel and honey hog. 275 until it hit 165, then into a pan with a stick of butter, cup of brown sugar, and apple juice. Wrapped it up, and into oven at 275 until it hit 203 then turned it down to keep warm until dinner. Total cook time was 9 hours and 2 hrs on keep warm.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!
