I’m certain there are people out there who love it, but it tasted like nothing but pain, chicken flavor my ass. My ears were blocked for a good 30 minutes, and it’s been four days and my stomach still hurts along with the back of my throat. It felt fucking corrosive.

Never EVER again.

Never again for the 1x, what you need is the 2x!

I’m actually eating the 2x right now and it’s tasty, especially for grocery store ramen.

Really? I’m really not trying to brag or anything but I eat the 2x like every other day and it is not very spicy. Just eat it regularly and you’ll get used to it.

Please stop eating spicy food. We need you to stay alive.

Spice and heat foods are NOT for everybody.

  4. See, I’ll eat these almost daily (not the cups specifically – I hate the noodles. Far better out of a packet).

I can’t remember the instructions for the cups exactly, but I know if you don’t follow them, you’re in for a bad time. With the packets, you keep 6/7 tablespoons of the water. Drain, add the sauce, remaining water and stir fry for 30seconds. Do you follow the equivalent instructions for the cups?

After watching this sub for a while, I decided to try both Level 1 and Level 2 of these noodles.

And I enjoyed the Black container… it has some nice spice, it got the blood flowing… no problem.

The X2 spice… that’s a different level… I haven’t gotten to the point where another commenter has it every other day, and it’s no big deal… but my first time with the X2, well… that may kill you, but for me, it definitely got my lips buzzing, and had a good amount of spice to it. I enjoyed it because I am a glutton for punishment.. but it still was good.

There might be a very slight taste of chicken flavoring, but nothing that I really remember. It was the spice that dominated the flavor… but that’s what I wanted though, some good spice.

    And it delivered.

But if this was too much… take care of yourself, and have some Gaviscon!

I just made the stovetop version for the first time this week.

I don’t know if this makes sense to anyone but me, but I’m a lifelong Nashvillian and this is hot chicken spicy and not what I consider to be “Asian” spicy. It seems to be meant for the thrill of it.

I enjoyed the flavor and spice buzz but it’s honestly too much for a meal. I’ll probably use the rest of the pack as hot pot add-ons or something.

Nah these are too much for me; I remember buying one of these every week as part of my grocery shopping, as I thought the spice was too much, but I actually liked it. I never had any clue these were used as part of heat challenges!

I learned in the end to use the rammen as part of actual meal, so included eggs, more noodles, some vegetables etc – not just adding the sauce, the seeds and trying my best to eat the thing on it’s own…

I always had to drink 2-3 glasses of milk and even then it was too much. I will say the hot sauce you can buy was nice in small amounts though!

What you’re describing isn’t normal. There’s no way it should still hurt after 4 days. Are you sure you didn’t cook it in acid or something?
