They make these at the Fat Greek in Las Vegas and they are amazing! They don't always have them, call ahead. Their alvgomono soup and beef kabobs, (ask for medium rare), and Greek hamburgers are also fantastic. One of my favorite Vegas little hidden jewel restaurants off the strip.
Can I make this recipe using a steamer rack in a cast iron pot with water in the bottom…….Please reply advise and many thanks:).
