I am canning for the first time this summer and i’m canning diced tomatoes. I didnt use a debubbler but they seem fine- am i actually in trouble though?

Second question:

First ever batch i didnt use a debubbler and used brand new in the package canning jars without sanitizing them. No debubbler because i realized my error on the second batch- are those also in trouble?

I wouldn’t worry too much about the bubbling. The jars will settle over time. The thing that you should worry about is making sure that you at least rinse out your jars if they’re brand new. They still have some manufacturing gunk in them and I have found chips of glass before. Normally I just rinse new jars out with hot water and then processes as normal.
