This turned out great. Was a little scared because it was a pork loaf when it came out of the sous vide, but I dried it in the fridge (in loaf form) then flipped it in a hot cast iron. Definitely wasn’t “bulgogi” from. KBBQ, but it was tender as hell, juicy and delicious. No heating up the house or tending the grill.

    Pretty hard for sous vide pork shoulder to turn out bad. I’m glad it was good
