  1. I think if tuna nice and fresh you should try on high heat 30 min on one side and 15 on other, it gives you a crispy tuna.

  2. Tried this recipe and it was great. Fast and simple recipe. I did not have fresh oregano so i used chives instead. I simmered the remaining marinade. I cooked ahi tuna steaks. I am sure this recipe would also work for beef steaks and chicken breast. My 7 year old loved it.

  3. Great recipe, but I've tweaked it just a bit. I added a 1/4 tblspn of worcestershire sauce, diced white onion, and red bell pepper. This was completely a happy accident, but the first time I attempted to make it, I had run out of orange juice! So I made a quick substitute of pineapple juice, because I had a can of sliced pineapple in 100% pineapple juice. I even threw a slice of pineapple atop of each steak. It turned out absolutely fabulous and tasted fantastic.

  4. I made this before and just made it again today. it tastes amazing. didn't like using the marinade sauce as gravy that much though, maybe i left it †o boil down too long and it was too thick and rich.

  5. I don't have a grill, can i make in the oven and if so what temperature and time to cook?

  6. Greetings in Jesus name our Lord and saviour, are you interested in hearing about the Gospel of Jesus Christ who is our lord and savior? Originally man lived in pure happiness with God in Paradise but we sinned by disobeying God by eating fruit from the forbidden tree, because of this we were thrown out of Paradise and onto this earth, as we stubbornly found pleasure in eating from the forbidden tree although there were better trees to eat from in the Garden of Eden. God loves us so much that he made a way for us to enter back into paradise by sending his only son Jesus to die for our sins so that he can give us eternal life and save us from death and eternal punishment in Hell. Here is a pray that you and others can say to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour.

Father in Heaven I receive your son Jesus as my Lord and saviour, I confess my sins and I ask you to forgive me for all my sins, wash and cleanse me and everything pertaining to me with the blood of your son Jesus and wash away all my spots, blemishes and wrinkles with the blood of your son Jesus. Father God in Heaven fill me with your Holy spirit every moment of my life and give me infinite oil for my spiritual lamps. I forgive and release all those who have done me wrong and I ask you to bless them and write my name permanently in the lambs book of life in Heaven in Jesus name I pray amen.

Here is another pray to break curses and bind demons in our lives.

Father God in Heaven I break and loose myself and my family from all curses going all the way back to Adam and Eve and I bind every demon and demonic influence in my life and in my family life permanently in Jesus name. I command all demons in my life and in my family life and those around me to leave and never return in Jesus name. Father God send your legions of Angels to fight for me until the end and send your ministering angels to keep ministering to me and always guide and protect me from all evil, I command Satan to get thee behind me and all of Gods creatures in Jesus name I pray amen.

Pray always and study the KJV Bible to know more about Jesus and God's plan for our lives. Jesus bless you. Please pass on this message.

  7. I would not marinate in the fridge. Let it soak in the marinade for 30 minutes on the counter. That way it will come to room temperature. Nothing worse than eating tuna steak that has a charred outer and a cold clammy inner.

  8. The cooktime is waaaay too high. To get juicy tuna steaks on a high heat grill or stovetop, do like 1.5 to 2 minutes each side maximum. Rest of the recipe is nice.

  9. This recipe is amazing and is now one of our favorites!! We substituted the oregano with some fresh rosemary growing in our yard & it was delicious. My only tweek or comment would be that 5 minutes on a hot grill is too long, I would say 3 min max is more than enough on each side.

  10. I tried this today and it was indeed delicious. I usually just eat my tuna almost raw(seared), so I like this recipe for my hubby.

  11. Grilled tuna steaks using this recipe tonight. If u like your tuna very well-done, use this recipe. But we like our tuna raw in the center, big disappointment.
    Just beware!

  12. I’ve been grilling tuna for years 50++ ( I’m 75) …
I’ve been Bluefin tuna fishing the last couple of years … unless you like it raw as I do, but I get tired of it.
I smoke most all of the bluefin now … but I’ve become tired of smoking bluefin and giving it away…
I now give most all of the bluefin away …
But grilled Yellowfin, Albacore, Big Eye tuna is far superior to any grilled Bluefin … in my opinion.

  13. Wow! I marinated and seared it, following all the instructions except going half on the minute! came out delicious! Subscription added! ❤️

  14. Pro Grilling Tip – Allow meat to come to room temperature before grilling. You will get more consistent results.
