I thought these pierogis were ravioli so I boiled and sauced them. Still eating them though.

    I had pierogis in a tangy red sauce made by Ukrainians. I really enjoyed it.

    I make a Pierogi Lasagna that’s basically this. Layer pierogies, add lasagna sauce+cheese, repeat. Bake until crispy. And it’s fucking delicious. I should make that tomorrow…

    I had pierogi nachos at the renaissance fest last year. It was pierogis in nacho sauce with salsa and guac. It was not bad.

    Usually you boil pierogis but once they start to float on the surface you pick them up and put them in a hot pan to make them crispy. So you were halfway there.
