

I followed this recipe
100g starter
375g water
400g bread flour
100g wholegrain bread flour
10g salt
Bulk fermentation on counter around 3 hours, shape, then second rise in the fridge for 15ish hours. Baked in cast iron combo cooker with lid on at 240C for 20mins, then lid off at 220C for another 20 mins
Really happy with how these turned out and can’t wait to keep practicing more!
