But a excellent video, and background info is vital to earn se trust. With his past it makes sense why I can take away something from every video. He's right, small things like garlic later not at the beginning for some dishes makes a difference
There is no garlic in chicken pot pie….can you guys cook anything without garlic? If you put garlic in everthing you cannot taste the individual ingredients, and in chicken pot pie it's the chicken and vegetables. The creamy sauce should also be flavored with Rosemary.

A-MAZE-ING! I got a late start on the broth so let it simmer all night. Got up during the night and had a hard time going back to sleep cuz it smelled so good… put it all together and just finished dinner. That was hands down the best chicken pot pie I have ever had! Thank you so much! Btw… it literally smelled like thanksgiving dinner with just the broth. What a difference! I'm telling everyone about you… you are too kind and generous not to share. Love you Chef ❤😂
