I just started making Macarons and sometimes they turn out alright and sometimes they have cracked tops even though I feel like I am doing everything right. Anyone have any good tips or recommendations for YouTubers? As a sourdough baker I’ve had similar experiences, trial and error. However, I’ve always learned to be creative with my bad bakes so I decided to use this bad bake to make a birthday dessert.
