Kimchi jjigae!! I usually put tofu in it, but I’m serving this to someone who is allergic to soy.

    Hands down fave Korean dish everrrrr. I love putting cubes of potato in mine. A few weeks ago I made spicy marinated crabs and used the shells and leftover marinade in the jjigae, I think it was the best thing I ever made lol
