This is a wonderful recipe… I'm arab and i made pita bread before, but that's nothing compared to this, I'm literally just done making them for your gyros recipe that I will also start making rn. The pitas are super nice and fluffy from the inside and they smell heavenly cozy. Thank you ❤️❤️
What is different from Arabic pita bread, why these do not puff up and make a pocket? It is all the same ingredients, is it not?
