  2. thank you. I make the whole meal tzatziki sos, meat and the bread. My husband refuses eat pita bread from the store, he lives in Greece for 2-years and… fall in love with the food.

  3. This is also a great shortcut for a pizza dough if you don't want to wait the 24 hours of fermentation time for a decent pizza. Great channel and awesome site, the results are always delicious.

  6. This is a wonderful recipe… I'm arab and i made pita bread before, but that's nothing compared to this, I'm literally just done making them for your gyros recipe that I will also start making rn. The pitas are super nice and fluffy from the inside and they smell heavenly cozy. Thank you ❤️❤️

  8. Hello! I love Greek food, no matter what! And I love the simplicity of your style of cooking, I tried today the Sakiki sauce, it was delicious! and tomorrow I will try to make the Pita. I always love to New York City to the Greek Festival the people, the food, and the music is excellent!

  9. I did these n lockdown – this man is a genius. My family loved them I am now wondering if I can actually cook them in a BBQ or pizza oven to puff up
