We use ours to make gray. Put them in a pot of hot water and cook them..take them out of the pot ..add cold water mixed with flour make a paste..put strainer our your pot while still hot add paste and wisk..wisk..wisk.. till combined. Your chicken looks absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
