I was saving this for a special occasion, but I guess I haven’t had anything to celebrate in the last 20 years. What are the chances it will make me sick it kill me if I try it now?

I think this special occasion will last a long time with how much heat they pack into their bottles. lol.
With hot sauce that is sufficiently acidic you most likely wont get sick. It may taste bland or bad, and still be really hot. Also, you can always sell it, I’m sure there are some collectors that would enjoy having this in their collection as you have in yours.
