
For simple chili oil with just fresh scorpion peppers, should I salt them first, roast them? technique I should try? I want the flavor and heat of just the peppers to stand out. Not looking for asian style chili oil, Thanks! pic for attention

I’d either dehydrate them or possibly fry them in the oil! Haven’t tries any other style of oil besides Asian but honestly the way I make my chili oil would be good on anything outside of Asian cuisine.
