Advice on canning vodka sauce (with cream). Or is it a bad idea?
I have attached the recipe I would like to use.
Has anyone ever canned a cream based pasta sauce? If so any tips would be appreciated so I can make sure it’s safe!

There are no tested recipes that contain dairy. Better to use a tested recipe, and then add the cream when heating the sauce after opening the jar.

No, that can’t be done at home. You can buy that kind of stuff at the store because the commercial canners have the equipment that reach the type of pressures and temperatures not possible in a home kitchen. Any recipe that calls for dairy need it to be added while you heat it up.
