Lil Tex (Pro 22) purchased in 2006.

She may not look like much, but she’s got it where it counts.

Just did a little cleanup today and replaced the first major parts of its life:
Fire pot (worn through in several places)
Hot rod (started tripping my breaker constantly)
Drip tray (warped)
Heat baffle (warped)

My favorite things to cook on the Traeger these many years are chicken thighs (perfection), tri-tip, and tomahawks.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

I didn’t think they had bolt-on leg or screw down hinges in 2006. I thought that started after the first sale of the company in 2008?

And the double rollerblade wheels are not seen very often, vs the LTE rollerblade and caster combination.
