i did equal parts of soy sauce and water but i’m finding it too salty. it it meant to be salty?

    Yes but I also see in your bowl here that there is too much sauce. If you like the egg, and think it’s too much add less sauce or more rice. The ratio looks off

    Did you use soup soy sauce? My eggs come out a lot darker and not too salty.

    Every time I make these they’re either too salty or too bland! I need to find a different recipe for them.
