Well, how does it taste? The extraction is visually fine. How does it taste?!?!?! Times, weights, visual properties are guidelines and cues to finding reasons for bad taste.

Feels a bit fast, but the ratios aren’t crazy. Honestly, the visual will mostly show channeling or puck prep issues, and yours looks good.
From here you’re just adjusting for taste. Too sour? grind finer/slow down the shot. Too bitter? Grind courser and speed up the shot.

Look up videos of turbo shot extraction. Very tasty shots with lack of a mouthfeel but the extraction looks very different from yours

Like everyone said as long as it taste good.
But visually it’s on the faster side. You probably want it closer to 40g out based on 20g dose.
