I am having big success with my new starter and have been saving discard in the fridge so here we go, English muff! I used the scotch and scone posted below, and I will make some changes next time. It was by volume, and the dough was way too stiff, I added around 1/4 of milk. Also needed more butter and more salt. They are really good, and we’ll just jam eggs and sausage in them anyway, but a good first run and learned some stuff. These are fun to make, I had a good time.
