This is a really decent looking recipe.  I eat raw meat dishes from Korea so this one seems much to my liking and perhaps I'll try it someday.  I hope you post more home and "MOM" recipes.  They're the best! Thank you for posting this video!  It's quite easy to follow!  Can you tell me what that pink garnish is on the finished plate?  Thank you!

  8. We use a mincer, never used Basil but mint, fresh chillis, cummin, onion, salt, bulgar. Funny enough, was just looking at different recipes and 95% like to cook it. I only like it raw. But that's me hahaha
