Looks to be some kind of premade dish that you heat up since it’s in a plastic container with lid.
Seems to have some type of noodles, small sausages & some kind of meat?
Where can I get this in the states lol

Looks like some sort of tteokbokki. That’s rice cakes in a spicy red sauce, often with various other things added in. Very tasty. It’s a popular snack and should be available in any Korean grocery store. I’ve never seen that specific brand, though, so I can’t comment on the availability of that particular type.
No this is just how very large takeout containers look in Korea. Dude probably got it via delivery.
Looks like gookmool (soupy) ddeobbokki
‘응급실떡볶이’ is Tteokbokki franchise here.
Looks like tteokbokki with sausage, boiled eggs, fish cakes, and maybe dried tofu. You can find similar premade mixes like these at big chain stores like H Mart, and at smaller local Asian grocery stores. There are a lot of varieties in the ingredients included in the bowl and different brands make them, so it might be hard to find this exact one.
In the description it says “emergency room tteokbokki” in Korean. It’s one of the most popular tteokbokki that mukbang youtubers eat in Korea. I believe it’s known to be very spicy and soupy.
