Hello everyone, i am kinda new to wine world, started learning about it last year. I am curating new wine menu with some help from my senior for a medium sized restaurant (Mediterranean cuisine with dry aged steaks) located in Hong Kong. Although I have been in FnB industry for quite a long time but never been quite interested in wine until last year. This is my first time making wine list. Plz ignore the alignments for now.
Restaurant is fine casual dining in resident area.
Top part is by the glass and by the bottle starts from Champagne section.
Thank you for your input.

The spacing between wine and grape is different in multiple places.
There’s no vintages except for a few red.
The reds are all wonky and curvy.
Please fix it so that the appellation is on same line everywhere, looking at the Josmeyer.
Also it’s Pinot Grigio, not just Grigio.
A good wine list should also look good and proper.
I would add a northern rhone wine, probably a cote rotie
