    Likely pieces of flour.

Looks great. Might suggest baking for a little longer without the lid on.

  2. That’s blistering. It’s generally a good thing.

  3. Flour, mix a little better next time and they shouldn’t appear, make sure there’s no lumps of dry flour before you leave it to rise next time, besides that it looks amazing, maybe leave it without the lid a little longer next time

I’m also wondering if when you were shaping you picked up any chunks of dried flour that stuck to the outside of your loaf. Seems more likely to me than unintegrated flour winding up on the outside.

Wow great start😊😊😊😊Couple of things. Try artisan bread flour I believe it’s from red mill. The dough was not quite kneaded long enough and I’m wondering how long you let it rise. Main thing is use a dough improver if u didn’t already

You did great and everything is normal. Take the other commenters advice on bake time.
