Sorry its tzatziki the name of the sauce !
I want to substitute granulated garlic (not garlic salt) any guess on the amount to equal the fresh garlic?
I'm from Greece xD ΓΕΙΑ
I love the little tips and low carb snack at the end!!! thank you
Would this be a good topping for a hassleback potato that has cheese and spicy sausage in between the slices?
Great tzatziki but why do you eat it with vegies? I mean put it on bread and some gyro but like that?
Use vinegar not lemon !
Normal in tzaziki you dont use
Lemon
Dill
dont cover for one hour and 4 is already ready
im from greece and i know
And if want a more liquid texture on the tzaizaki? What can I ad? Thanks!! Lovely recipe!!
1:13 we Turkish have a very liquid variation of Zaziki lol

Thank you so much for this video, it was the most delicious tzatziki I have ever tasted, so fresh and delicious, I have made it multiple times
Delish… Also, can I use it for chicken wing dip?
You will never learn to do authentic tzatziki….
1st You must put all the cucumber
2nd Fresh garlic not pasta
3rd no lemon juice but white vinegar
Thank you….
it is turkish sauce
tzakizaki sauce
1 cucumber
3 tbs dill minced
2 cups greek yogurt (500ml)
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
pepper
salt
peel and deseed cucumber, grate coarsely, salt and mix, drain water in colander for 30 min and try and remove as much water as possible, paper cloth and squeeze all remaining liquid out, add drained cucumber to yoghurt, add garlic, add dill, add lemon juice, add salt and pepper, add olive oil, stir, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour but best if you leave overnight
Ebeninki
how long will it last in the fridge for ?
Thank You are the best
Missing the garlic
Better with unpeeled cucumber imo
Just a small correction from a Greek. Use grapes vinegar instead of lemon juice. Better taste and the authentic recipe
Great music
You can also add just a hint of cayenne pepper. Lifts taste up a new level
What's this background music's name?
I will try this soon… for Chicken Gyro 🥙
