Very simple pizza. Just added water to a package of pizza crust mix and topped it with pizza sauce and mozzarella to take the new gas oven out for a test drive. Almost ended in disaster when I tried to get the uncooked pizza onto the pizza shovel, but it ended up being one of the best pizzas I’ve ever made.

Use some corn flower next time. It will launch without a problem.
