



My 75-year-old dad is a black belt grillmaster who canโt get up and down well enough to cook these days. I brought my family over to visit and he surprised us with two monster tomahawks and two strips. Then he surprised me again that Iโd be the one prepping and cooking them, after which I nearly shat myself. Two different cuts, one bone-in and one not, on a grill Iโve never cooked on. No pressure or anything.
Thanks to all of you magnificent bastards, I think I pulled it off. Sorry for the bad pictures but I was a whole bunch of beers deep by the time we ate. Happy to have my work rated or whatever but mostly wanted to just show you and say thanks!
