Experimented in the kitchen and came up with this. What style is this pizza?

  1. This is my standard New York style dough recipe, but I stretched it into a Lloyd Pan with some Olive oil. Sliced the cheese instead of shredding it, then used a ladle to put sauce on top before it went in the oven.

Is this a Sicilian style, technically? Or is this a Detroit style but without the cheese going all the way to the edge?

this is a grandma pie. if you would like to make a sicilian. let it rise in the pan for another hour or so

I made something very similar this week. Was Rosemary/Honey/Oregano dough, spread ~1cm thin across a baking sheet. I just called it *Flatbread Pizza*.

I grew up calling it sheet pan pizza, or mom pizza.
