First time canning. Used brand new Presto pressure canner, grew San Marzanos from seed since February, processed them, added citric acid and carefully followed all directions. It’s is a lot to follow! Hopefully they turned out okay.

looks really yummy. as you get more practice it’ll start feeling less busy. just remember the headspace is from the top rim of the jar not from the bottom of the rim
