Raw tiger prawns (shell on) 10
While fish cod or haddock 200g approx
Fish stock opt 200ml approx
Spanish onion 1
Celery sticks 2
Garlic cloves 5 or 6
Plum tomatoes 1 x 400g tin
Tomato puree – paste 1 tbsp

There’s a website called Ihatecilantro.com. I subscribed immediately. We had an eccentric cat lady locally, more than a dozen cats….Coriander leaf tastes like her house smelled. Awful stuff. (Coriander seeds are a must have however.)
