  1. Hello ma'am… Olive oil shouldn't be cooked.. Olive oil strictly to be used just for dressing purposes on Veritables or anything but not to be cooked in the over frying purposes…
If we use Olive oil in over it turns into Oxidized.. and no more antioxidant…

    What's your recommendation..?

  2. Don't knock it til you try it. Veggies made with this much oil is so incredibly savory that I find I don't have to eat much to feel sated.

  3. i can't believe i'm saying this, but…i think that's too much olive oil

  4. Omg how much oil you ppl use bruh I thought Americans ate bad lol that’s way tooo much oil fuck that but I like the rest

  5. This dish should be how to make roasted olive oil with a drizzle of cauliflowers.

  6. I'm curious about why Diane pronounce her last name in the wrong way in English, it's Kohilas like in heel, ko heel as, meaning "shell like", that's the correct pronunciation in Greek.
I guess something was lost in translation because most times ch in English is pronounced ts.

  7. She forgot to tell that the baking dish and spoon was also from Greece. Plus also you need to drink Greek olive oil as a soup before you eat.

  8. do you think this is a good dish for potluck? I need to cook today for tomorrow. Or would a different recipe work better?
