
I am not a fan of mushrooms, but I probably only been exposed to the button variety, so I bought these to give it a shot. How can I cook these to make them taste the best? I’m a fan of tacos and ramen in particular, and finding protein alternatives.

What kinda dishes can you make with those?
If cooked right, Lion’s Mane tastes like scrabbled eggs. They’re a favorite at my house. I grow my own.
I try to push myself to eat some, but it’s tough. They can have a very off putting textures. If they’re buried, I’m usually ok. Asian food makes good use of mushrooms but rarely front and center…
Mix them with cubensis or maztapec mushrooms and you will LOVE mushrooms!!!! 👽👽🫵
