I made an Argie Grill a year or so ago, and I’m giving some thought to making them to sell.
What would you pay for a grill like this? It’s approximately 150cm x 75cm, with a 100cm x 60cm stainless steel grilling area (although I guess it could be any size you like).

Out here in Santa Maria, SM Style grills generally start at around $400-$500 for custom jobs, but can easily creep up into the thousands. Depending on what the needs of customers are near you it might be worth considering different sizes as well. Maybe a tailgate-sized grill will be more popular for people going camping, or grilling at the beach/lake. Maybe huge towing grills are preferred for large get-togethers.
Worth noting that I’m in Santa Maria, where demand for SM style grills is at its peak. Shit, I know one family that has four generations of grills, because the dad got the son one when they turned (16? 18? I forgot the exact age).

Isn’t it a Santa Maria if it doesn’t have the Argentinian grate? (Sloped w/V-shaped grates)
