My mulberry jam (thanks, backyard tree)! placed 3rd in the wild fruit category at the Minnesota State Fair. This was my 3rd year entering and I’m still excited about it a few weeks later 🙃.

Congrats. If you don’t mind my asking, how do they judge “safety and processing”? Or do they not provide you with more detail within the category? I understand that they would be looking for a good seal on the lid, but are there another criteria? Well done – would love to taste it, never had mulberry.
