I suck at cooking but this is something that even I can make quite easily.
1. Cook 1 lb of rigatoni, strain and divide among 4 containers 2. Cook 1 lb of ground beef, I removed most of the grease with paper towels, and spooned it on top of the pasta 3. Add pasta sauce and parmesan cheese
That’s it. I just keep the pasta and beef in containers in the fridge. I keep the pasta sauce separate and add it right before eating. To reheat, I usually microwave just the pasta and ground beef for a minute and give it a stir. Add in about 7 tbsp of pasta sauce is my preference and microwave for another 30 seconds or so. Then I top with parmesan cheese. Served with bread and butter and a Coca cola, ~990 cals 45 protein.
I’m estimating around ~660 calories per meal because 1 lb of 90% lean ground beef has about 800 calories, but there’s no way to tell exactly how much grease I removed. I’m going to estimate I removed about 2 tbsp of grease or ~240 calories worth.
