[Ghormeh Sabzi](https://earthtoveg.com/vegetarian-ghormeh-sabzi/), or Persian Herb Stew, can be considered the national dish of Iran. Serve with lots of tahdig or basmati rice. (Rice pictured above is cooked with turmeric cuz saffron is out of my budget atm, but still tasted pretty good)
