Went to a friends house yesterday. He was able to do 12 racks at once. I was very impressed. He over cooked them a little.

I am impressed as well. If I had tried that there would of been a lot worse results than being slightly over cooked … Hell, just buying and prepping that much ribs makes me shudder.
